Short version: this website doesn’t use cookies or tracking, and the quote form doesn’t send anything to our servers.

What this website collects
Nothing directly. The site has no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) may keep standard request logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
The quote form
The form doesn’t send your details to a server. When you press the button, it opens your own email app with your request filled in, and you choose whether to send it. If you do, we receive it as a normal email at project_floors@yahoo.com.
How we use what you send us
We use your name, contact details and project information only to reply, book a visit and prepare your quote. We don’t sell or share it with anyone, except where the law requires it.
Content from other services
- Google reviews are fetched by our server from Google and shown on the page. Reviewer photos load from Google’s servers.
- Gallery photos load from Amazon Web Services storage. To list them, your browser gets a temporary anonymous access key from AWS.
- Links to Google Maps and Facebook open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete information you’ve sent us, email project_floors@yahoo.com or call 604-441-0234. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
