What we install
Supply and installation, or installation only. No job too small — from a single bedroom to a full house or commercial space.

Solid hardwood nailed down over a wood subfloor, finished to last for decades — oak, maple, walnut and more.

A real-wood surface on a stable core. The go-to for condos, concrete subfloors and radiant heating.

Hard-wearing and budget-friendly, with realistic wood looks. Floating installs go in fast with little disruption.

Waterproof and quiet underfoot — a smart choice for kitchens, bathrooms, basements and rentals.

Sand, stain and recoat worn hardwood, or repair damaged boards — bring an old floor back to life.

Hardwood treads, risers and nosings that match your new floor, or refinishing for the stairs you have.

Self-levelling compound poured over concrete or wood subfloors, so your new floor goes down flat, quiet and solid.

It depends on the floor type, the area, the subfloor, stairs and whether the old floor has to come out. Typical installed prices per square foot for each floor type go here. After a free in-home visit we give you a written quote.
Typical timelines for one room, a condo and a full house go here. We confirm the schedule with your quote.
Both are real wood. Engineered hardwood has a real-wood top layer on a stable core, so it moves less with humidity and can go over concrete and radiant heating — common in Vancouver condos. Solid hardwood is nailed to a wood subfloor and can be sanded and refinished more times over its life. We help you choose based on your subfloor, rooms and budget.
Yes. Most strata corporations in Greater Vancouver require an acoustic underlay that meets a minimum sound rating set in their bylaws, and many need written approval before work starts. Check your bylaws first; we install to the rating your strata asks for.
Yes. We move furniture, remove and dispose of the existing floor, and level the subfloor before installing the new one.
Often, yes. Solid hardwood and engineered floors with a thick enough wear layer can be sanded, stained and recoated. We check the floor and tell you whether refinishing or replacing makes more sense.
